Bright and cheery puffy vest perfect for the upcoming winter! In very good vintage condition, no stains, zippers and snaps all work. The blue on the collar does seem a bit faded and there is a thread missing on the back, please see the photo(s). The tag reads as womens large but it fits more like a small. For reference I tried it on and it fits perfectly (I'm 5'4" and 128lbs).
